At Shop CAFE LIGHTING & LIVING, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new home decor or lighting isn't the perfect fit, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Item

  Ensure the product is in its original, unused condition and securely repacked in the original manufacturer's packaging with all protective inserts.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label or ship via your preferred courier, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outer shipping carton.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
